We offer a professional rug cleaning service, with professional products and using our years of experience. This includes inspection, cleaning and so your rugs will look bright and clean and also extend it's longevity.
The room needs to be clean and tidy before we arrive so we can work freely. You'll need to be ready to make payment on job completion. If any of the furniture needs to be moved out for cleaning we can do this for you so you don't have to.
We accept many forms of payment including, cash, debit, or credit card for residential customers, payment due on completion. For commercial clients we accept BACS payments.
This depends of the type of fabric your rugs are made from, however with use of our rug drying equipment this time could be between 30 minutes to 2 hours
Manufacturers recommend at least every 12 months although this will depend on the number of people and pets living in your home. Keeping your rugs clean will extend the life of the rug and reduce premature wear meaning your rug will look their best for longer.
Absolutely! Unlike many other cleaners who you may never hear from again, if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with any aspect of your clean, we will revisit free of charge to address any concerns you may have.
